1st to clarify the reason I wrote this article. I have been betting on the web or at land based casinos for many years. I have discovered, the addiction can grab a hold of you and you won’t even realize it up until you are penniless. Especially if you are on a winning streak. I’ve gone through countless thousands of dollars in a very tiny period of time and to this day on occasion, I will go too far. It seems you are just having fun until you start to be aware of your squanderings and the anguish sets in, and then you continue to tell yourself "I can get it back" constantly. It doesn’t works. Then you feel queasy in your belly and the harder you try the faster you are deprived.
When you see that you are up, STAY on the UP! When you begin to lose, don’t tell yourself, "well perhaps one more" and over and over again, believe me, this plan almost never ever operates. Say you’re playing on slot games, have a bankroll set to the side before beginning your play. DO NOT go over that boundary, no matter how captivating. If you actually win, put that in a separate cup. Do not spend your wins no matter what. As soon as you have played through your original set limit, call it a day. Head out, whether it’s on the web or at a land-based betting house, do not stay around. Always keep in mind, there will be another day, another time.
Keep in mind, gambling should be FUN not exhausting, nauseating work! If you are not having fun yourself, you do not belong there. If youcan’t manage the loss, do not even begin.
