Casino Queen is located in East Saint Louis at two hundred South Front Street. There are 150 beds and 7 suites close-at-hand at the gambling den. The gambling den occupiestwenty-seven thousand five hundred square feet and provides numerous highlights. Besides playing, Casino Queen offers a twenty five hundred customer riverboat, a 140 space motor home campground and simple access to MetroLink light-train location.
